   Funeral services will be conducted Sunday afternoon, December 6, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. James Wall officiating. Place of rest will be in the Dickson Union Cemetery. Visitation with his family will be Saturday evening, December 5th from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and will continue on Sunday beginning at 12 Noon unti time of services.
   Those desiring, Memorials may be made to the Leatherwood Bible Camp.
  Roy  Logan  McLaughlin, age 13, of Dickson, TN died December 2, 2015 at Horizon Medical Center.
   He was born in Baptist Hospital in Nashville on April 27, 2002.  Logan was a 7th grade student at Dickson Middle School. He was an exceptional young christian boy who had the ability to be a natural born prankster, full of life, sometimes being referred to as a "Goofball".  He loved playing soccer and being part of the team.  A lover of the out of doors, the beach, mountains and countryside and loved to travel and learn. He loved his legos, his Pokiemon car collections..... Logan loved his dog Shadow and his cat Sparky. Family was very important to him, he dearly  loved his family..and they dearly loved him....he loved his Pond Church of Christ family and loved being a part of that church.  Logan was one that smiled and was a happy spirited young boy who had a most tender heart to give to all. 
    He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Mr. Ernest Tidwell and Mr. Roy Lester McLaughlin.
    Survivors include his parents, Janie and Mark McCollum of Dickson,TN, Lukas McLaughlin of Dickson,TN; ;his grandmothers, Mrs. Sue McLaughlin of Dickson, TN and Mrs. Lettie Mae Tidwell of Dickson,TN; his brothers, Jesse McCollum and Michael McCollum both of Dickson,TN; his aunts and uncles; James and Karen Tidwell, Laura and Daniel Cauthen, David and Tonya McLaughlin, Amy and Brian Gill, Michelle and John Hiers, Linda and Duane Rye and Gary McCollum; his cousins, Dylan, Will, Mason, Paige, Martin, Haley, Hannah, Hailey and Ethan.  And many other extended family and friends.
