    Funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon, June 23, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. from the Sylvia Baptist Church with Bro. Clark Brown, Bro. Bud Sherrill and Bro. Mike Jennette officiating. Place of rest will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
   Those desiring, memorials are suggested to the Sylvia Baptist Church Building Fund.
   Visitation will be on Thursday at the Sylvia Baptist Church between the hours of 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and will continue   on Friday beginning at 10:00 a.m. until time of service.

   Gina, age 59, of Dickson, TN died suddenly Monday, June 19, 2017 at TriStar Horizon Medical Center.

   She was born in Dickson County, daughter of Norma Lee Graybill Sherrill and James Lee Hayes. She was a faithful member of the Sylvia Baptist Church and was a graduate Dickson County Senior High School, Class of 1975.   Gina worked with Mid Cumberland Transit as a customer service representative.

   Family meant everything to her, especially her kids and grandkids. Music was so important to her and her love for Christian music brought her joy.  But most importantly, her love for God and everyone He brought into her path was unsurpassed. She loved nothing more than to have her face in the sun, be surrounded by her family, playing cards and laughing with everyone.

   Gina dearly loved her four legged furry friends, Reesee, LuLu and PeeWee and they in turn loved her unconditionally.  A few words from family when they think of Gina  are  sweet, helpful, big hearted, caring and the glue for her family.

   Survivors include her husband of 26 years, Tony Trotter of Dickson, TN; her mother, Norma Graybill Sherrill and her husband, Bud of Dickson, TN; her father, James Lee Hayes; her five children, Shelby Gibbs of Dickson, TN, Adam Gibbs and his wife, Karen of Dickson, TN, Michelle Trotter of Dickson, TN, Shane Gibbs and his wife, Jill of Dickson, TN and Mark Trotter of Nashville ,TN.; her brother, Scott Wayne Hayes and his wife, Karleen of Dickson, TN; her step-brother, Ricky Graybill of Georgia; her step-sisters, Vikki Dawson and her husband David of Burns, TN, Charlene Graybill of Burns, TN; her 11 grandchildren, Tyler Gibbs, Cameron Morgan, Ashley Gibbs, Peyton Gibbs, Alexis Gibbs, Grant Gibbs, Kara Bowker, Karissa Gibbs, Riley Gibbs, Michael Parrish and Gabe Parrish; her 1 great granddaughter, Elizabeth Gibbs; several cousins including a very special cousin, Tracy Lee; niece and nephew, Meghan Cannon and John Scott Hayes.

    Family will serve as casket bearers.
