    Funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon, July 27, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Thursday evening, July 27th from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Friday beginning at 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Place of rest will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in the Sylvia Community.
    Mrs. Hancock, age 90, of Dickson, TN died suddenly July 22, 2018, at home.
    A lifelong resident of Dickson County, Mrs. Hancock was the daughter of the late Daniel Morris and Margaret Adell Waynick Fleet. She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Mr. Gardner Oscar Young, Sr. and Daniel Hancock, her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Fred and Ruth Fleet, Armond and Ann Fleet and Eugene Fleet.
    Mrs. Hancock loved her flowers and time she spent gardening. She loved sewing, reading her Bible, and attending gospel singings. She attended the Church of God of Prophecy.
     She is survived by her four sons: Gardner ONeil Young, Jr., Jack R. Young and his wife, Deborah, Dennis R. Young and his wife, Maria, and Eddie D. Young all of Dickson,TN; her two daughters, Judy Walker and Denise G. Young both of Dickson,TN; her 10 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren; her two brothers, Louie Fleet and his wife, Mary of Charlotte,TN and Raymond Fleet and his wife, Alberta of Antioch, TN.
