 Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, September 5, 2018, at 1:00 PM at the White Bluff Church of Christ with Bro. Doug Couch and Bro. Terry Gross officiating.  Place of rest will be in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be held at the White Bluff Church of Christ on Tuesday, September 4, 2018, from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Wednesday from 11:00 AM until the time of service. 

Mr. Kris Charles Bull, age 62, of Kingston Springs, TN went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 1, 2018.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to foreign mission programs that Kris supported and highly valued:  Ravi Zacharias International Ministries (3755 Mansell Rd., Alpharetta, GA 30022) or Spiritual Sword Missions, also known as the “Mustard Seed Village” orphanage for boys and “Rainbow Village” orphanage for girls program in India (P.O. Box 1126, Clinton, TN 37717). 

Kris was born April 14, 1956, in Monroe, Wisconsin, a son of the late Marvin Charles Bull and Dartha Ann Jackson Bull.  He was a 1974 graduate of Dickson County High School, received his bachelor’s degree from Lipscomb University, and his master’s degree from TSU.  He was a retired educator, Mr. Bull taught school for 30 years in Dickson and Cheatham County public schools and at the TN Children’s Home in Spring Hill, TN.  The students were important to Kris and he spent much of his personal time on efforts to advance their education and enrich their lives.  Kris was also a teacher of the Bible and a faithful member of the White Bluff Church of Christ.  He loved the Lord, his family and had joy in his heart, thus giving him a sense of humor and a likeable personality. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his in-laws, Avrel and Birdie Brumfield and his brother-in-law, Dale Sullivan.

Kris Bull is survived by loving wife of 42 years, Glenda Ann (Brumfield) of Kingston Springs, TN; his son, Kristopher Bull (Sarah) of Spring Hill, TN; his daughter, Karmen Bull Burns (Wesley) of Kingston Springs, TN; his siblings, Konni Sullivan, Kathleen Gross (Terry), Katy Maines (Charlie), Kirk Bull (Carla), Kolleen Godwin (Tim), Kelly Welch (Brent), and Kollins Bull (Amy), brother-in-law, Tucker Floyd (Nina); his 7 “grandbabies”, Kolby, Sydney, Sophie, and Kloe Bull, and Kira, Kaden, and Kooper Burns. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends including his former students.
