Sue crossed over from this life on September 12, 2019 after a lengthy illness.

Sue was born in Dickson on October 1, 1921 to Hugh Neil Reeves and Lina Donegan Reeves.  She graduated Dickson High School and Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri.  After college she married the only love of her life, James Preasley (Pete) Breeden, who preceded her in death in 1960.  She worked with the Tennessee Department of Employment Security until she retired.

Sue was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt.  She loved her church family and was very active in her church. For many years she provided cut flower arrangement for the pulpit and participated in several mission trips. She loved to travel with friends and was known as a wonderful cook. Her fried apricot pies were a family favorite. In 2005 she moved to Leesburg, Florida to be with her family.

Sue is survived by her son, James Reeves Breeden and his wife, Wendy Robuck Breeden and her grandson, Austin Reeves Breeden.  She was preceded in death by her sister, Jane Reeves Nicks.
