Jack Eugene Shuffield

 Jack Eugene Shuffield, age 81 of Charlotte, died on February 10, 2014. Visitation will be held on Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014 from 11am until time of service.  A memorial service for Mr. Shuffield will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at 1pm at the Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Dean Guye officiating.  Burial will follow in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens.  For those desiring, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, American Cancer Society or charity of your choice. 
 
Jack was born June 28, 1932 in Buckville, Arkansas.  He was a Son of the late John Thomas Shuffield and the late Ena Flora Robbins Shuffield.  He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army where he served as a Corporal during the Korean War.  He began his civil career at the C & W Sewing Machine Company in NY.  He was one of the founders of the Tennessee Attachment Company in White Bluff, TN and worked there until retirement.  He was preceded in death by his Wife, Agnes Conway Shuffield; Daughter, Jackie Christiansen; Sisters, Mamie Lois, and Jessie Galya.  
 
He leaves behind, Donna Elliott and her Son, Tre’s Elliott of Charlotte; 2 Daughters, Robin Bohn of Charlotte, and Susan (Russell) Pewitt of White Bluff; 2 Sisters, including Twin Sister, Helen (Bob) Brandt of California, and Pauline Clark of California; 3 Brothers, Ernie Shuffield of California, Doug Shuffield of California, and John Shuffield of California; Granddaughter, Sarah Tucker; Step-Grandson, Kevin Pewitt; Step-Granddaughter, LeighAnn Bohn;  He considered these people to be his Sons and loved them, Richard (Paula) Zolot and their Son,  Richie, Sam (Denise) Clark, and Bill (Anita) Christiansen,  and their Daughter, Carly.
