A tribute to Mike... A great friend. A courteous gentleman. An avid fisherman. A kind-hearted father. An active outdoorsman. A loving husband. A hunter of game. A fun-loving grandfather. An exquisite craftsman. A nurturing great grandfather. An accurate rifleman. The ultimate role model. A hard worker. A humble individual. A selfless human. All of these things are not the definition of this man, just added tributes that don't speak justice to his character. The definition we find is within. Within the lasting impression you left on our hearts. If any of us were lucky enough to know you in any one of these regards I bet we have a story to tell. I've known you many years and you made it so easy to love you like you were my family too. From our family trips camping and removing our first leeches on the banks of a river to vacationing on the sands of St. George and catching crabs with us under the light of the moon. You left us with a lifetime memories that those who remember you fondly will be telling by table sides and campfires. We will speak of a legend of a man who walked among us. You may have left your earthly home where you shined daily so bright for us to see to forever shine in God's glory. May I be so blessed that we meet again. Lovingly written by Claire Pointer
