   Memorial services will be conducted Thursday evening, September 14, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Bro. Steve Boshers will officiate. Visitation will be on Thursday September 14th beginning at 4:00 p.m. until time of service.
    Those desiring, memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association.
    Armond, age 73, of Charlotte, TN died peacefully September 7, 2017 at his home with his family by his side.
    He was born in Ocala, Florida and was the son of the late Bernard O. and Jewell Dean Knight. He was of the Baptist faith and attended the Church of God of Prophecy.  Armond held an associates degree in business.  By trade he was a painter and was loved by lots of Dickson County citizens.  He painted for years in the homes of Dickson Countians. 
    Armond was an avid hunter. He loved to deer hunt, cook, especially venison stew, venison chili and had the talent to cook some really good cajun food.
   Survivors include his wife; Wanda Sykes Bear Knight of Charlotte, TN, his children; Todd Knight and Tim Knight both of Ocala, FL, Heather Knight and Bernadette Knight-Gray both of Dickson, TN, his beloved beagle baby, Miss Bonnie, his step-sons, Phillip Bear and his wife, Jody of Bon Aqua, TN and Johnny Bear and his wife, Lisa of McEwen, TN, his grandchildren, Timmy Ray Knight and Chase Gray, his step grandchildren, Stephanie Cordova (Jonathan), Crystal Littleton (Andy) Austin Bear and Justin Bear, his one step great grandchild, Knox. Also surviving is his sister, Linda Parrish of Lake Butler, FL.
