    Funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon, September 7, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with LTC Larry Theis, USAF, Retired officiating. Place of rest will be in the Dickson Union Cemetery.  Visitation will be Thursday, September 6, 2018, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Friday beginning at noon until the time of service.
  Those desiring, memorials are suggested to the Walnut Street Church of Christ Youth Group.
  Landon, age 56, of Dickson, TN died suddenly September 2, 2018 of a heart attack.
  He was born in Lebanon, Tennessee, the son of James Harold and Ruby Lee Hamilton Reynolds. He was the grandson of the late Arthur and Susie Reynolds and the late Roger and Pearl Hamilton. He was a 1980 graduate of Dickson County Senior High School.  He received an associate degree from Aquinas College and later received his B. S. in Criminal Justice from Belmont University. As a young man, he served in the Civil Air Patrol. Landon loved his family; he enjoyed farming, raising regular and exotic chickens and loved raising bees with his son, Seth. Landon had a talent of grilling and loved to grill and share with family and friends. He was a licensed ham radio operator with the callsign KF4CAU. Landon loved Old Timer's Day in Dickson County and enjoyed photography in his spare time. He attended Walnut Street Church of Christ.
  Mr. Reynolds was a 20-year retiree with the USAF, retiring as a MSgt. He began his military career in 1984 at Lackland AFB, Texas and retired in 2004. During his time in the USAF, he participated in Operation Desert Shield/Storm, later serving in the Kuwait Liberation and Iraqi Freedom. Various medals were awarded including the Air Force Achievement Medal, the Air Force Training Ribbon, the Southwest Asia Service Medal, the Combat Readiness Medal, and the National Defense Service Medal.
   Survivors include his two sons, James Andrew (Drew) Reynolds and Seth Monroe Reynolds both of Dickson, TN; his parents, Jim and Ruby Reynolds of Dickson, TN; the mother of his children, Nancy Bell Reynolds of Dickson,TN; his sisters, Sharon Reynolds Webster and her husband, Jim of Dickson, TN, Victoria Reynolds of Tucson, AZ and Janice Reynolds Birt and her husband, Ronnie of Dickson, TN, several nieces and nephews, and several grandnephews.   
   Honorary Pallbearers will be Steve Moore, Troy Gonzales, Douglas Reynolds, Jerry Hamilton, Michael Tucker, Vollie Miller, Wyatt Harper and Jim Webster in absentia.
