 Graveside funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 7, 2020 at 12 Noon at the Greenwood Cemetery in Charlotte, TN.  Dwight Work will officiate. There will be no public visitation. Place of rest in the Greenwood Cemetery.

Those desiring, memorials are suggested to the Jubilee House Memory Care Unit, 475 Bellamy Lane, Clarksville, TN for activities for their residents.

Mrs. Sensing, age 92, of Hopkinsville, Kentucky died May 4, 2020 at The Jubilee House in Clarksville, TN after being a resident there for almost a year.

She was born in Dickson County, daughter of the late Norman Jennings and Alice Breeden Fowler and was the widow of the late John D. Sensing. Mrs. Sensing was a retired x-ray technician retiring from the Jenny Stuart Hospital in Hopkinsville, KY. She was of the Methodist faith. She was preceded in death by her two sisters Ida Fowler Work and Mary Elizabeth McClelland.

Mrs. Sensing loved life to the fullest and in doing that she always left a tremendous smile to everyone she met.  She was a beautiful southern lady inside and out.

Survivors include her three sons, Barry Sensing and his wife Carol of Franklin ,TN, Tim Sensing and his wife, Heather of Hopkinsville, KY and Keith Sensing and his wife, Carla of Las Vegas NV, her brother, Norman J. (Bud) Fowler of Clarksville, TN and her sister, Joyce Fowler Coleman of Murfreesboro, TN, her seven grandchildren, John Sensing, Ann Sensing Pendley, Drew Sensing, Fowlen Sensing Bolinger, Jacob Sensing, Brittany Sensing and Thomas Sensing. Six great grandchildren and Several nieces and nephews.
