An expert on too many levels to list. Tim was a friend to all. He lived his life to help others. If you met Tim once, it is like you had known him forever. He made this world better and he made us better. Predeceased by his son Charles E. Brown and parents by adoption, James Arch Myatt and Maude Elizabeth Myatt. Predeceased by his birth parents: Alva and Frances Hollis.
