         Funeral services Eula Catherine Potter, age 78 of Dickson, will begin at 11  a.m. Tuesday, December 1, 2020 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Farris officiating.  Interment will follow in Union Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be Monday from 4 until 8 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until service time. 

     Pallbearers are Shawn Proctor, Nathaniel Proctor, Bryce Erranton, Jacob Hargrove, Justin Blystad, and Noah Chapdelaine.

      Mrs. Potter was the daughter of the late Andrew Monroe and Eula Mabel Lankford Buttrey.  She was a member of Parker’s Creek Baptist Church.  She had worked as a machine operator for the former Henry I. Siegel Mfg. Co. until they closed.  Then, she worked at Madison Mill in Nashville and finally at Tennessee Quality Foods in Dickson.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Wilburn Potter and her siblings, Ruth Felts, Elizabeth Bolton, Virgil Buttrey, Clyde Buttrey, Tommy Buttrey, Dee Buttrey, Harley Buttrey, and Bernice Buttrey.

     Survivors include two sons, Eddie Breeden (Tammy) and Jamie Potter (Martha), all of Dickson; one daughter, Wendy Erranton (Corey), of Dickson; one sister, Nell Proctor, of Dickson; seven grandchildren, Alicia Blystad, Allison Breeden, Bryce Erranton, Abby Potter, Braylon Erranton, Brody Erranton, and Sabrina Potter; two step-grandchildren, Amanda Jennings and Jacob Hargrove.
