Cynthia Louise “Cindy” Choate, age 54 of White Bluff, TN died on December 11, 2020. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 9:00 AM until the time of service. Place of rest will be in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Cindy was born on January 30, 1966 in Grundy, Virginia. She worked as a molder at the Ebbtide boat factory. She was a member of the Compassion Church. Cindy was preceded in death by her father, Kermit Cecil Clevinger.
Cindy is survived by her mother, Joyce Elliott Clevinger of White Bluff, TN; her daughter, Tessa Choate of White Bluff, TN; her sister, Regina Bess (Kelvin) of White Bluff, TN; grandchildren, Maddox, Blacklyn, and Ember; nephew, Matt Cartwright and great nephew Paxton Cartwright.
