Funeral services will be held Friday, March 11, 2022 at 2 PM from the Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will be Thursday, March 10th from 4 PM until 8 PM and Friday, March 11th from 12 PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to help with funeral expenses.
Tammy Michele Mendez Rios, age 50 of Dickson, TN passes away Sunday, March 6, 2022. She was born in Nashville, TN to the late George Gordon Hallum Jr. and Symanthia Elizabeth Arnette Hallum. Tammy had worked as an accountant’s assistant at Daniels, Irwin & Aylor Accounting Firm, in Nashville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Samantha Roper.
Survivors include her husband; Jesus Mendez Rios, sons; Michael Hallum (Naomi) of Dickson, TN, Jesus Mendez Rios Jr. of Dickson, TN, Juan Mendez Rios of Dickson, TN, daughters; Suzanna Harrington (Mark) of Charlotte, TN, Christina Mendez Rios of Dickson, TN, sisters; Tonia Page (Troy) of Nashville, TN, Vicky Hallum of Nashville, TN, Patricia Rivera-Vega (Pascual) of Nashville, TN, grandchildren; Hayden Dodd, Emery Harrington, Evelyn Hallum, Kenneth Hallum, Joselyn Hallum, Lillie Harrington, Remington Hallum, Everett Harrington, Presleigh Hallum, Noah Mendez Rios, Creed Hallum, Elliana Mendez Rios, Caroline, and several nieces and nephews.
