Terry Sue Spann Alberd, age 66, of Charlotte, TN, passed away on April 2, 2022, at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. She was born on November 24, 1955 to the late William Clifford and Ruby Helen Joslin Spann.
Terry Sue had worked in the Deli at Kroger for over 30 years. She was known for being a great storyteller and a wonderful mother.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson: Kade Potter.
Survivors include her daughters: Helene Danyell Potter (Jeff) of Charlotte and Misty Lee Cathey of Dickson; her son: Thomas Dwayne Alberd (Amy) of Cumberland Furnace; her brother: Wayne Spann (Sue) of Burns; her grandchildren: McKinley Dozier, Gavyn Potter, Lexi Harrison, Ashley Torney, Tyler Torney, Haylie Torney, and Gracie Ingram; her great-grandchildren: Ava Amaya Osborne and Zylar Shea Griggs; her niece: Alicia Bell Svarda (Michael); and her nephew: Chad Spann.
Ms. Alberd’s wishes were for cremation. There will be a graveside service held at Rock Church Cemetery at a later date.
