Beverly Jean Shelton Seaton, 64, of Dickson, TN, passed away on January 2, 2023, at her home in Dickson.

Beverly was born on February 16, 1958, to Billy and Rowena Shelton in Dickson, TN.  After Beverly graduated from Dickson County High School, she went on to study music for a couple of years at David Lipscomb University. Beverly then married Timothy Bramlett and had two daughters, Amy Kathleen (Bramlett) French and Kelly Anne (Bramlett) Karr. They lived in Arlington, TN where Beverly worked as a secretary. Beverly's husband, Timothy passed away in 2002. She was remarried in 2006 to Ronald Seaton.

Beverly's hobbies included gardening and vegetable growing. Her family says she had a green thumb. She was known as a wonderful cook who always came up with inventive and delicious recipes. Beverly had a passion for music and song. You could always find her humming a tune and her singing voice was captivating. Her love of music didn't stop at singing, she was an accomplished pianist and guitar player. Her beautiful voice could be heard at Walnut Street Church of Christ, as she was a longtime member.

Her love of animals both big and small, over the years had her owing a variety of pets including cats, dogs, iguanas and even a possum. That same caring and selfless nature rolled into her relationships with friends and family. Her personality and heart were so inviting, and you just wanted to sit down and talk to her for a while. Beverly dedicated her later years to caring for her ailing mother and father before their passings. She truly was the most giving, caring, and selfless person you would ever be honored to know.

Beverly was predeceased by her husband, Timothy Bramlett and her parents Billy and Rowena Shelton.

She is survived by her husband Ronald Seaton, daughters Amy French and Kelly Karr and grandchildren Clay Karr and Katie Karr.
