Vicky was born to William “Bill” Shear and Fredia Beasley Shear in Honolulu, Hawaii. She was fortunate, as an Air Force brat (which she was very proud of!), to grow up mostly overseas. She spent her childhood and teenage years in Japan, Germany, and the Philippines. Vicky was a mother, Yaya, aunt, sister, and friend to many. She will be dearly missed by all. She is being welcomed in Heaven by her parents, Bill and Fredia, her grandfather, James Fred Beasley, grandmother, Jacqueline Paige, and nieces, Leslie and Alicia Shear.
She leaves behind her children, Billy Burrow of Bon Aqua, TN, A.J. Tidwell of Bon Aqua, TN and Trista (John) Forsythe of Bon Aqua, TN; her three grandsons which called her Yaya, Chance and Jaxyn Forsythe, and Kesten Tidwell; and her granddaughter, Elizabeth Thompson.
