Nancy Sensing Lee, age 77, of Dickson, TN died peacefully March 8, 2023 at her home.
She was born in Charlotte Tennessee and was the daughter of the late Thomas Victor and Emma Doris Owen Sensing. She was preceded in death by her only brother, Louis Thomas “Louie” Sensing, and was the widow of the late Darryl Wayne Lee.
Mrs. Lee had a love for the beauty of flowers and loved spending time in her flower garden. In her early year, she enjoyed all types of crafts. She loved her family dearly but especially loved her three grandsons. She spent lots of time reading. Her favorite stories were murder mysteries.
She was a secretary with the U.S.D.A. and retired with 31 years of service.
She was a loving mother and grandmother. She will always be remembered by her sweet and kind spirit and her beautiful smile. Mrs. Lee was a long- time member of the Mt. Hebron Church of Christ.
Mrs. Lee is survived by her three children; Brent Lee, Darryl Lee both of Dickson,TN and Sherry Sullivan and husband Jason of Charlotte,TN, her three grandsons; Austin Lee, Evan Lee and Luke Lee.
Casket bearers will be Richie Blaylock, Ray Moss, Michael Corlew, Darren Davidson, Shane Gibbs and Shaun Proctor.
