Norma Ruth Balch, age 88 of Riverside, California died at her home on February 1, 2023. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at the Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Jenkins officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 13, 2023 from 11:00 AM until 8:00 PM and on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
Mrs. Balch was born March 29, 1934 in Nashville, TN. She was a daughter of the late Leonard Nelson and Mary Jane Green. Norma loved cats, and her favorite flower was the hydrangea.
Norma is survived by her sister, Rose Marie Hasley; her nieces, Sherry Weaver, Kimberly Balch, Adria Balch; nephew, Tom Balch; and sister-in-law, Marge Balch.
