 Family and friends will assemble at the graveside in Dickson Union Cemetery on Sunday, June 4, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. for graveside funeral services. Ty Weaver and Gary Hill will officiate. Visitation will be on Sunday at Taylor Funeral Home beginning at 2:00 p.m. until time of service. Place of rest will be in the Dickson Union Cemetery.

Those desiring, memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Robert Adrian Weaver, age 81, of Madison, TN formerly of Dickson County died May 30, 2023, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

He was born in Vanleer, Tennessee and was the son of the late Marvin Bell and Alice Marie Patterson Weaver. He retired from Aramark Services in Nashville and also owned his own moving company for several years, the Robert Weaver Moving Company. He was of the Baptist faith.

Bobby, as family and friends knew him, loved sports especially Vanderbilt and the Tennessee Titans.  He also had a passion for baseball and snow skiing.  Basically, anything, sports had his name all over it.  He had a love for mowing and landscaping. Robert Adrian Weaver did everything with perfection from the beginning to the end.

He was a loving husband, dad and granddad who cherished his time with his family. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Travis and his five brothers and sisters.

Suriviors include his wife of 61 years; Wanda Fielder Weaver, his daughter; Tammy Renee Weaver Hollingsworth, his grandchildren; Jennifer Moore (Lerron), Michelle Gilley (Jimmy) and Trevor Grigsby, four great grandchildren, his brother; Terry Weaver and his wife Wilda, Several nieces and nephew.
