Funeral services will take place on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Baggett officiating. Burial will follow in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.

Linda Ray Matlock, age 80 of Ashland City – formerly of Dickson—passed from this life on July 11, 2023, at Vantage Point Village in Ashland City. She was born in Dickson County on November 22, 1942, to the late Elmer and Maybelle Jones Edwards. She was a longtime member of the Walnut St. Church of Christ.

Survivors include her son: Jason Matlock (Leslie) of Ashland City; and two grandchildren.
