Peggy Ann Anderson died Sunday November 5, 2023 at Tri Star Horizon Medical Center.

She was born in Dickson County to Emmett Lee and Myrtle Edmisson on February 24, 1940.

She is preceded in death by her parents, seven siblings and her daughter Donna Owens. She was a member of Pomona Church of Christ. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She loved games shows, playing cards, casinos and spending time with family and friends. She was fiercely loyal and sometimes stubborn, and you never wondered what she was thinking. When she loved you, you knew it. Her leaving has left us with a hole in our heart and lives but we rejoice knowing she has gone into eternity to be with Jesus, her daughter Donna and all those who went before her.

She is survived by her son Eddie (Betsy) Anderson, four grandchildren, Autumn (Brian) Hargrove, Cali (Devin) Watts, Cory (Jessica) Anderson, Spence (Claire) Tomlinson, and nine great grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters Mildred Penoli, Sandra (Wade) Whittinghill, and numerous nieces and nephews.
