He is survived by his mother, Mary Ann Pike Leech, his sister Lee Ann Padgett, his nephew Dr. Lucas Joseph Padgett, his niece Anne Padgett Newton, his grandniece, Julianne Margaret Newton, his cousins, Judy Redden, and her husband Larry Redden, Rebecca Leech, Katie Leech and Will Leech. Also surviving is a special friend Donna Brown.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Earl Warren Leech, his grandparents, Judge William and Lucy Speight Leech and William A. and Myrtle A. Pike, his uncle, William McMillan Leech, Jr.
He was a graduate of Jonesboro High School later receiving his undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University. He was a graduate of Cumberland Law School and afterwards he received his master’s degree. At the time of his death, he was a retired attorney.
All services for William Warren Leech will be private. His place of rest will be in the Leech Family Plot at the Roberts Cemetery in Charlotte, Tennessee.
