Michael Evans Ashworth, age 58, of Dickson, TN died August 5, 2025, at Tri-Star Horizon Medical Center. He was born in Davidson County and is the son of Deborah Filson Ashworth Brown and the late Harold Lovell Ashworth. He was preceded in death family members Sammy Brown and Owen Giles. He was a graduate of Dickson County Senior High School, Class of 1984. After high school. Michael proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps for 6 years and following his military service he attended University of Tennessee at Martin, TN. Michael was a maintenance tech for Daltile. He was a member of Tennessee City Masonic Lodge #548.
Michael had many loves in his life, his wife and his boys and all his family. Since youth he had a passion for motorcycles and loved everything about being a cyclist. He was known to be a jokester whenever he could get by with it. Michael was an avid hunter. He proudly supported the Dickson County Cougars and could possibly be heard at all their games! Food was his love language. He was a master griller specializing in steaks and chicken.
Michael is survived by his wife of 20 years, Julie Ashworth, his children, Trevor Drake Ashworth, Trey Michael Ashworth, Landon Lane Ashworth, and Jacob Austin Glass (Valeria), his mother Debbie Brown, his granddaughter, Amelia Glass, his brother, Anthony Ashworth (Scarlett) and his sister, Kimberly Giles and her husband Brandon, several nieces and nephews and last but not least, his beloved fur babies Rosa and Maggie.
