Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, August 18, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Beechum officiating. Interment will follow in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 4:00 until 8:00 and on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
Roger “Bo” Hamm, age 70 of White Bluff, passed away on August 14, 2025, in his home surrounded by family. He was born on January 2, 1955, in McEwen, TN, to the late Christopher Van Hamm and Elizabeth Jackson.
He was married to the love of his life, Sandra Hamm, for 52 ½ years. Bo worked as a Maintenance Director for various retirement homes/assisted living facilities. He also enjoyed doing yardwork including mowing the grass and gardening.
His grandchildren were his pride and joy. He thoroughly enjoyed attending their sporting events. He also liked to watch the Titans, UT Vols, and Vanderbilt play football.
In addition to his parents, Bo was preceded in death by his siblings: Leo Hamm, Peggy Hafner, Thelma Murtha, Ginger Propes, and Audrey Gaddes.
Survivors include his loving wife: Sandra Hamm; his children: Kelli Hamm Gass, Roger “B.J.” Hamm II (Summer), and Jamie Hamm (Shannon); his bonus son: Dale Outlaw (Julie); his sisters: Sandra Hicks and Karen Lackey(Phillip); sister-in-law: Michael Nicholson-Taylor (Patrick); his grandchildren: Gus Donegan, Christopher Hamm, Wyatt Donegan, Joleigh Hamm, Ethan Bradford, Payton Bradford, Braxton Outlaw, Derek Nicholson, Jada Nicholson, and Justin Nicholson; and several nieces and nephews.
