Frances Helen Hansen walked into the arms of Jesus Christ on September 19th, 2025. She was born on March 29th, 1953 as a descendant of the Oglala Sioux Pine Ridge reservation and blessed to Cuno and Gweneth Hansen of Aberdeen South Dakota.
Franny, as she was known by, her friends and family as a free spirited, nature loving, Lord fearing woman. She spent her professional time as an administrative assistant at a brokerage firm. She was a mother of five, a grandmother to eight, and a great grandmother to five.
Franny's passions were family orientation, crafts, reading, and her faith in God which she loved to spread with the masses. She loved nature, road trips, her dogs Molly, Buck, and Thunder. Her favorite memories were getting lost and saying, "if we hadn't gotten lost we never would have seen that tree!" Everything was truly an adventure with Fran by your side.
She took great pride in being a grandmother and a great grandmother. Her grandchildren remember her most as fulfilling their imaginations, loving, laughter filling, and full of wonder. She loved wildflowers, birds, and a black cup of coffee with Kenneth Copeland preaching in the background.
