   Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon, March 24, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home. Dwight Work will officiate and give her eulogy. Place of rest will be in the Greenwood Cemetery in Charlotte,TN. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday beginning at 12 noon unitl time of service.
   Those desiring, memorials may be made to the Diabetes Association or to the Wounded Warriors Fund.
    Mrs. McClelland, age 89, a loving mother and grandmother died peacefully Sunday, March 22, 2015 at Horizon Medical Center after a brief stay. She was born in Dickson County, the daughter of the late Norman J. and Alice Breeden Fowler. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Vervin Thomas (V.T.) McClelland, Jr. and a sister, Mrs. Ida Fowler Work. She was a longtime member of the Charlotte Fagan's United Methodist Church.
    Survivors include her daughter; Teresa Nicks of Nashville,TN, her son; Rick Baker of Hermitage, TN, her five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one great great grandchild, her brother; Norman J. (Bud) Fowler of Clarksville,TN, her sisters; Norma Sensing of Hopkinsville, KY and Joyce Coleman of Murfreesboro,TN, several nieces and nephews.
