   Funeral services will be conducted Thursday afternoon, May 21, 2015 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with the Rev. George Adair officiating, also speaking will be her son, Derrick. Place of rest will be in the Edgewood Cemetery in the Yellow Creek Community. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, May 20th from 4 PM until 8 PM and will continue on Thursday, May 21st beginning at 10 AM until time of service.
   Those desiring, memorials may be made to St. Jude's or to the Edgewood Cemetery Fund.
   Vicky, age 57, died peacefully May 18, 2015 at her home with her family by her side. She won her victory after a brave fight with cancer.
   She was a lifelong resident of Dickson County and was the  daughter of Vincent Neal Bellar and the late Roberta Johnson Bellar.  Vicky was a kind, sweet spirited lady who loved  her family...Vicky considered all her friends as family. She loved life and loved making lives of those around her better.  Her life wasn't about drama or fashion....what you saw was what you got. There was pride in her home, her business,and all that she did. Vicky loved Yellow Creek Community,  the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains and all of the earth's beauty that God had to offer her.  Cooking was a love she shared with all of the people around her...she loved to cook and feed.... Vicky had a passion to work...beginning in the earlier years with Schrader's Automotive, then H.I.S. and then Osh-Kosh and later with Aqua Glass. In 2007 she and her husband, Randy estabished the Family BBQ on  Yellow Creek and continues to operate this well liked barbeque place. Vicky will always be remembered for her honesty, her sincerity and her old fashioned goodness. She was married to Randy Lynch for 37 years and  was a member of the Edgewood United Methodist Church.
   Vicky was the wife of Randy, Mother of Derrick (Kristen) and Chelsea (fiance' Devion Gilliam) Grandmother of the one and only Leighton, Daughter of Neal, Sister of Ronnie, Don,Scotty and Debbie, Aunt and cousin to several.
