James Bailey “Jim” Fowlkes, age 79 of Hixson, TN, and formerly of Dickson, TN, passed from this life on June 25, 2024, at the Memorial Hixson Hospital. He was born in Dickson on June 28, 1944, to the late William Bailey and Mary Benjamin Tidwell Fowlkes.
Survivors include his son: David William Fowlkes; daughter: Rebecca Jane Fowkles; brother: Roy Steve Fowlkes; aunt: Ona Norman; and several cousins.
