George Stanley Cain, Jr., age 66, passed away on February 3, 2025 at NHC in Dickson.
There will be a graveside service on Monday, February 24, 2025 at 10 a.m. at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on McCrory Lane, Nashville.
George was a data technician for more than 33 years, traveling around the United States for his job. He served in the U. S. Army for 11 years. He was very proud to be a Veteran and he passed this pride to his grandsons.
He is preceded in death by his father and mother, George and Gisela Cain of Memphis, TN, and by his sister, Patricia Miller of Tifton, GA.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Brenda Armstrong Cain of Dickson, TN; grandsons, George Elec Ford and Edward Ford of Dickson, TN; siblings, James Cain (Jennifer) of Missouri, Patrick Cain of Dickson; Deborah Tatum (Steve) of Memphis, TN, James L. Cain (Amy) of Bartlett, TN; several nephews and nieces, great nephews and nieces; and his son, George Krush Cain of Tacoma, WA. On Brenda’s side of the family, Carolyn Allbert (Terry) of White Bluff, TN, Melissa Spann (Wade) of Charlotte, TN, Glenda Sue (Sammy) of Charlotte, TN, Teresa Lawrence of McEwen, TN, Ralph Armstrong (Diane) of Charlotte, TN, Kay Allbert (Brutus) of Vanleer, TN; several nephews, nieces, great nieces and great nephews.
