Brittany Jo Tanner, age 32 of White Bluff, TN died unexpectedly. Visitation will be held at the Taylor Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 from 4pm until 8pm. A funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 2pm at the Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. David Peeler and Bro. Mark Ryals officiating. Place of rest will be in the Taylor Cemetery in White Bluff, TN. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to help with final expenses.
Brittany was born in Nashville, TN on February 3, 1986. Brittany always had a smile on her face. Her children were the center of her life; she loved all of her family. She adored her “Granny” Fisher, who contributed much to her character. Brittany was a member of the Taylortown Church of Christ in White Bluff, TN. She had a strong faith in the Lord and a huge heart for helping others. Earlier in life, she was employed as a nursing home CNA. Her passion for helping others was visible in her care and attentiveness to elderly patients. Her most recent employment was with A&R Printing in White Bluff, TN.
Brittany was preceded in death by her grandfathers: Bobby Joe Fisher and Charles Tanner, Sr.
She is survived by her mother, Candie Fisher Brooks and her husband, David Brooks, Sr.; her father, Charles “Chuck” Tanner, Jr.; her 2 daughters: Alexis Brooke Wells and Alexandria Blayke Wells; her companion and the father of her children, James Wells; grandmothers: Peggy Fisher and Eulene Tanner; her aunts: Tammy Forkum, Teri Tanner, Charlene Griffin, Brenda Klein, Karen Tanner; her uncles: Greg Fisher, Jim Klein, Pierre Griffin, Tommy Tanner, Jason Tanner, Mark Omohundro; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
