Funeral services will take place on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at 12 noon, in the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Clark officiating. Interment will follow in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will take place on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.

Christopher Bryan “Woody” Woodard, age 46, of White Bluff, passed from this life on July 10, 2023, in his home. He was born on January 30, 1977, in Nashville, TN, to Susan “Susie” Gray Woodard and the late Joel “Bo” Woodard.
He worked as a volunteer firefighter for over 30 years and also served as a Dispatcher for TN Highway Patrol, Ashland City Police Dept., Goodlettsville Police Dept., and most recently the Dickson County Dispatch. Woody was also a “Mama’s Boy” through and through. He was a huge UT Vols fan and loved his niece and nephew.
Survivors include his mother: Susan “Susie” Woodard of White Bluff; his sister: Cheryl Suggs (Jeffrey) of Cumberland Furnace; his nephew: Levi Suggs; his niece: Jenna Suggs; his special friends: Jacob Pollock, Alex Shadowens, and Kyle Fuqua; his ex-wife: Kellie Woodard; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
