Mrs. Wolfe was a retired Postmaster for the White Bluff Post Office. She had some thirty years of service with the U. S. Postal Service. Widow of the late Bill Wolfe, born in Stewart County, Tennessee she was the daughter of the late Harmon West and Ruby Cato Rorie. She was a longtime member of the White Bluff United Methodist Church with sixty plus years of services to her church. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister, and Friend. We know you are walking with Jesus and singing praises to Him. We love you and will miss you dearly. She had a love of reading, traveling and volunteering her time at the Dickson County Help Center and spending time with her family. She attended the Nashville Business College and held a masters degree in making fried pies. She was preceded in death by a brother; Sam Rorie and a sister, Regina Rorie Jones.
She is survived by her children, Russell Wolfe and his wife, Laura, Kathryn Streichert and her husband, Karl, and Taylor Wright and his wife, Marilyn; 8Grandchildren, Kristopher Streichert, Holly Wolfe Cline, Karissa Streichert, Clayton Wolfe, Carson Wolfe, Alan Wright, John Wright and Seth Wright;10 Great Grandchildren; Brothers, Wendell Rorie and Jerry Rorie; Sisters,Ouida Rorie Foster, Peggy Rorie Noel, Frances Rorie Volk, Shirley Rorie Andrews and Marilyn Rorie Fly; Several Nieces and Nephews.
